We are a group of holistic minded professionals sharing the knowledge we have learned using the same research, observation, and problem solving skills we use to excel in our chosen fields.

We do the research so you don’t have to!

Welcome to HoliHub

At HoliHub, we come together to share our personal experiences in holistic health and alternative remedies that may replace or complement traditional pharmaceutical medications for the treatment of common ailments. Our mission is to provide a platform where individuals can share anecdotes, stories, and suggestions based on personal healing journeys and those of our ancestors and loved ones. HoliHub does NOT provide medical advice but instead offers insights into holistic wellness practices.

Our Vision and Mission

HoliHub was created to be a mission-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization with the sole motive of serving the public. Your well-being is our only concern. Our vision is to create a holistic health collective, promoting multifaceted wellness practices and therapies that are effective and have fewer side effects compared to the traditional "take two pills and call me in the morning" approach.

Meet Our Team

Shimi Mermelstein

FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Hi, I’m Shimi!

I was blessed to be raised in a family of holistic healers and medical professionals. I’m working on making the lessons I’ve learned more accessible to those who are less familiar with these modes of healing. I’m not a doctor, therapist, life-coach, minister, theologian, scientist or philosopher (although I frequently consult with all of the above.) I am a regular person just like you.

I have an English degree from Rutgers University that doesn’t qualify me at all to give health advice. After losing a scholarship to a top-tier law school due to addiction I clawed my way back to life and finally graduated from Touro Law School, where I received personal attention and a top tier education. As a transactional attorney I have a list of impressive sounding credentials – advising and representing some of the biggest names in commerce, tech, and entertainment (Uber, Microsoft, P&G, Diageo, HGTV, Taco Bell, Paris Hilton, Selma Hayek, etc.), and negotiating against big wigs at Disney, AT&T, Netflix, and Spotify; I even facilitated the launch of two Superbowl commercials. But none of these things qualify me to advise you on how to live your life. I am no more special nor more qualified than anyone. I’ve lived a life in which I’ve made more than my share of mistakes. Through these mistakes I’ve received the gift of healing wisdom both ancient and modern. This knowledge is not mine to hold in secrecy but wisdom that wishes to be shared.

Thank you for joining this journey with us at HoliHub.
